Indian Archers Shine at Asian Championships: Assured Gold, Silver, and Bronze!

In a spectacular show of skill and determination at the Asian Championships in Bangkok, Indian archers have carved their names on the international stage.

In the Women’s Compound event, VJ Surekha and Parneet Kaur delivered stunning performances, securing assured gold and silver medals for India. Surekha triumphed over Huang I-Jou of Taiwan with a score of 148-145, while Kaur secured her spot in the finals by defeating Lyan Viktoriya of Kazakhstan with a score of 147-145.

In the Men’s Compound event, despite a tough semifinal loss to Andrey Tyutyun from Kazakhstan, Abhishek’s resilience has earned him a chance to compete for the bronze medal.
